ACSS is an Australian aged care consultancy built on direct audit and review experience — file by file, service by service. That practitioner background is the difference between a report that restates the Standards back to you and one that tells you what is actually happening in your service.
The most consistent finding across our work is the gap between what the policy says, what the training record shows, and what happens on the floor. Closing that gap is the job.

Getting to know your support team
Angelika Koplin, MHSC is a highly experienced aged care professional with three decades of proven leadership in the aged care sector. From hands on experience on the floor to more than 20 years holding Chief Executive Officer positions in private and community-based organisations, Angelika brings a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of the sector.
Nandita Puri, Registered Nurse has more than 20 years experience as RN, Clinical Manager, General Manager and Quality and Risk Manager as well as previous experience as a Quality Assessor.
Our team is supported by several competent and experienced Registered Nurses who are available to support you onsite and remotely.
